Job Description
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist, skilled in strategic selling, market analysis, and client engagement. Key areas: strategic marketing, client relations, and sales efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling company products and services, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve business growth.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Analyze target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans.
Train sales team members, sharing best practices in sales techniques and product knowledge.
Ensure team sales quotas are met within set timeframes, exhibiting superior time management.
Any other Duties assigned by your Line Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Deep product knowledge and creative approach in sales and marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM systems.
Personal Attributes:
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and energetic.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
