INVITATION FOR TENDER NO: TP/04/2026/NCB/W/11 PROVISION OF WORKS FOR SITE CLEARANCE FOR NEW TANKS

1.TIPER Is a hospitality storage facility for bulk fuel with its share dividend equally between the Government of Tanzania and Oryx Energies SA(Based in Switzerland). The Company office is located at Kigamboni Industrial Area , Depot site-Pot #1, Dar es Salaam-Tanzania.
2. TIPER hereby invites, via National Competitive Bidding (NCB) civil contractors registered in class 1 to 4 and experienced in general civil works or preferably demolition works, to bid in the tender for provision of works for site clearance for new tanks.
3.Interested and eligible bidders (civil contractors) may request electronic copy of tender document through the following email: tiger.procurement@tiper.co.tz by sending an application letter and a copy of certificate for civil works from the contractors Registration Board (CRB) in class 1-4, from Mondays to Fridays at 08:00AM to 4:00PM between 2 April 2026 to April 14 April 2026.
4. Bidders MUST visit the site . Site visit will be conducted on Wednesday , 8 April 2026 from 10:30 hrs to 12:30 hrs.
5.The bidders are required to come with their own personal protective Equipment PPE 's during the site visit. The minimum PPE's required are steel toe safety boots, workers helment and cotton reflective vest or cotton over coat or cotton overall. Static reflective vests are not allowed. Bidders who will not come with correct PPE's will not be allowed to conduct site visit.
6. Bidders must submit hardcopies of bids (one original and one copy) respectively, enclosed and sealed in a single plain envelope marked Tender No: TP/04/2026/NCB/W/11 PROVISION OF WORKS FOR SITE CLEARANCE FOR NEW TANKS. Softcopies MUST be submitted on a USB Flash disk embedded in the copy document . All bid documents must be addressed and delivered to Tanzania International Petroleum Reserves Ltd, P.O BOX 2608, Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam.
7. The deadline for submission of sealed bids/tender documents will be 1400hrs local time Wednesday 15 April 2026.
8.Bids opening shall be at 1430hrs local time on Wednesday 15 April 2026.
9.Bids opening shall be conducted in the presence of bidders.
10. Late bids, portion of bids, electronic bids will not be considered for evaluation irrespective of any circumstances.
11. TIPPER Reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
