Requirements / Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, ideally within the mobile money or Fintech space
• Proven track record of success in product development, pricing analysis, and portfolio management
• Familiarity with the African mobile money landscape and diverse market dynamics is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English and French is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Key challenges and responsibilities Crafting Compelling Customer Experiences
• Designing customer journey maps, pinpointing ideal touchpoints to build trust, engagement, and long-term loyalty
• Crafting impactful CVPs for each market segment, ensuring offerings deliver the highest utility and drive product-market fit
Optimizing Growth and Market Penetration
• Developing strategies leveraging financial services and optimizing product bundles and promotions
• Monitoring portfolio performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven optimization strategies
Harnessing Predictive Power for Growth
• Forecasting future trends, employing predictive models to anticipate and mitigate potential risks
Mitigating Risks and Navigating Sustainability
• Contributing to the development and implementation of robust risk management frameworks to manage credit risk, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency
• Integrating sustainability principles into portfolio management decisions, promoting financial inclusion alongside social and environmental responsibility
